Satoshi Clothing is an online marketplace selling anime and manga-inspired t-shirts, hoodies, caps, and other apparel. Based on the west coast of the US, the brief was to create a brand identity that appeals primarily to 18- to 30-year-olds who are fans of the popular Japanese art style.
Developed alongside the identity pack, various artists were commissioned to create a comic strip-inspired black and white background, which can be used as collateral for labels, business cards, and other items without the worry of infringing copyright.

Outcome
Satoshi T-shirts launched on the US West Coast with over 120 pre-orders for their initial stock run. There are currently plans to expand statewide and grow their audience from teens and young adults to millennials.
